Mitchell to Manage Construction Projects at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff
PITTSBURGH, PA Mark Mitchell will manage infrastructure construction projects as a Senior Supervising Construction Engineer in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.
Mitchell has more than 25 years of construction experience. He comes to WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from the Port Authority of Allegheny County, where he served as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager. He was responsible for managing design and construction for capital projects in excess of $75 million, including structures, roadways and facility upgrades, and served as Manager for the agency's construction management services contracts.
Mitchell will also be involved in business development of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff's growing construction management practice including clients such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Allegheny County, and city of Pittsburgh among others.
Mitchell received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Point Park College.
