Pennoni Hires Office Director for New York and Hires Senior Highway Engineer for Philadelphia

NEW YORK, NY  Kenneth Sisk, P.E., joines Pennoni as the Office Director for the firm's New York City, New York, location and Robert "Bob" Wright, P.E., joins Pennoni as a Senior Highway Engineer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
As the Office Director, Sisk is responsible for developing and maintaining new clients and business opportunities. He will continue to grow the office through staff additions and project opportunities across New York State.
Previously, Sisk worked as the National Client Manager for Partner Engineering and Science in Eatontown, New Jersey.
Sisk is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he earned a civil engineering degree, and of Rutgers University, where he earned a finance management degree. He serves as a committee member for the New York Building Congress and as Governor for the New York Building Foundation. He is an also an Adjunct Instructor at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
As a Senior Highway Engineer, Wright is responsible for the management of transportation projects within the Pennsylvania region.
Wright previously worked as a Vice President and Practice Leader for the municipal/streetscape division at Urban Engineers in Philadelphia. There, he managed design projects locally and construction management efforts in New York City. Prior to joining Urban Engineers, Wright spent 27 years with the city of Philadelphia Streets Department, where he served as Chief Engineer and Surveyor. In that position, he served as the Division Manager for all transportation and bridge design projects, construction management, field surveying, and road records. He was involved in landmark Philadelphia projects including the completion of Interstate 95 and Interstate 676.

He holds a civil and urban engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a registered Professional Engineer in four states. His is active in the Philadelphia section of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Delaware Valley section of the American Society of Highway Engineers, and the Engineers' Club of Philadelphia. He is also a member of the American Public Works Association, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Women's Transportation Seminar.
