New City Contractor Celebrates MZM Corp.'s 25th Anniversary
NEW CITY, NY Michael Hirsch, President of MZM Corp., announces his New City, New York, -based firm's 25th anniversary. MZM has served the Metro New York City, Hudson Valley and Long Island construction and construction management markets throughout that time. The company was founded in 1992 as general contractors for commercial and high-end residential markets.
Hirsch has leveraged his team's 100-plus years of Metro New York building and construction purchasing experience to provide a superior hands-on construction management service. Their real world experience enables them to guide customers to products and services with the best mix of quality, performance, and price, solving the complex issues of New York area construction projects. Hirsch had more than 10 years of construction experience before opening the firm, including on-the-job training by Tishman Construction at Epcot in Orlando, Florida. His extensive experience includes a seven-story gut and rehab project in Manhattan as well as world famous restaurants, schools, hotel lobbies and more.
With his decision to strike out on his own, Hirsch wanted to build a "dream team" of New York City talent. First, he partnered with Robert Winnicki, who serves as both Partner and Vice President, and has been in the Metro NY construction trade for 35-plus years. He is a licensed Construction Superintendent and has extensive knowledge of most aspects of construction. Majed Abujaber completes the construction triumvirate as President of Benchmark Construction, MZM Corp.'s sister company.
Their deep knowledge base allows them to deliver the know-how to both build and provide construction management services in the demanding New York construction arena.
