Hill International Receives $21.7M Contract from PennDOT to Manage I-95 Reconstruction in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA Hill International announces that it has received a contract from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) to provide construction management services on nine sections of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Â The ten-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $21.7 million.
The project entails I-95 construction, reconstruction and widening projects as well as replacement of portable Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) to permanent DMS and upgrades to the Regional Transportation Management Center. Â Hill has helped PennDOT's District 6-0 deliver $1.7 billion in highway improvements along the I-95 corridor over the past 17 years.
