John Ballantyne will continue to serve in the role of NRCC's Executive Secretary-Treasurer (EST). The position has been vacant since 2015 when Ballantyne was promoted to his current role as EST.
"Over the course of the last several years, our Council has grown significantly in both our membership and in the States that we represent," said Ballantyne. In his new role, Haines will provide support to the office of the EST and assume several important functions. He will serve as a liaison between our Council and the new Carpenters Benefit Services, Inc. (CBSi).
