TITUSVILLE, FL — After four years at RUSH as Director of Finance, David Dapore has earned a promotion to Vice President of Finance and Administration. Dapore's new position will involve administration of employees and benefits, management of the office and business functions, in addition to overall oversight and management of the financial and accounting aspects of the company.

"I’m excited for the future," says Dapore. "I don’t intend to 'reinvent the wheel' here at RUSH, but I hope to work with the team with a renewed focus and energy in working towards our corporate vision."

With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry working in a controller or finance level position, Dapore has worked in most aspects of the business, from project management, accounting and tax, to insurance, bonding, and administration of employees and benefits.

With several new employees, new clients in a variety of markets, and the implementation of new project management software, Dapore's goals align well with RUSH's current needs. Dapore said, "There's no shortage of talent and experience here at RUSH, and I have no doubt that we will both meet and exceed our goals for the future."

An employee-owned company, RUSH takes great stock in its employees, and Dapore is no exception. Dapore began working with RUSH as a consultant in January 2011, and was swiftly recognized for his talents and taken on as a full-time employee two months later. He has been a RUSH stockholder since January 2012.
