BIRMINGHAM, AL — PSMJ Resources, Inc. (PSMJ), the premier management-consulting firm for the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC) industry, honores Brasfield & Gorrie among the winners of the 6th Annual Premier Award for Client Satisfaction.

Brasfield & Gorrie was the only general contractor to receive this recognition, which was presented during the PSMJ Resources 2015 AEC Industry Summit in San Francisco, California.

The Premier Award for Client Satisfaction, presented in partnership with Client Feedback Tool, honors AEC firms that provide their clients with top quality communications, impressive performance, and cost effective solutions.

“One consistent theme among the AEC industry’s most successful firms is a commitment to client satisfaction,” said Frank A. Stasiowski, FAIA, Founder and CEO of PSMJ Resources. “But, more than just a commitment, the winners of our Premier Award for Client Satisfaction have the proof to show that they really deliver on expectations. Their passion truly differentiates them from their peers and we applaud them for setting the standard for others to reach.”

In its 6th year, the Premier Award participants included firms from the United States and Canada, many with international offices, making this a truly global competition. The firms included architects, engineers, geo-scientists, environmental consultants, and others—creating a diverse cross-section of professional services.

Winners were selected based on both the quality of feedback received and the quantity of replies. Feedback quality is measured by score, but also by consistency and the ability to avoid abnormally low scores.
