Dewberry Welcomes Associate Vice President Jackson

FAIRFAX, VA — Dewberry announces that Keith Jackson, PE, has been hired as an Associate Vice President and Program Manager in the Orlando, Florida, office. His responsibilities will include business development and program management for general engineering contracts.
Jackson has nearly 30 years of transportation experience, including planning, design, and program management for tolling agencies. During his previous tenure as the Central Florida Expressway (CFX) Program Manager, he was responsible for supporting the implementation of one of the largest five-year work plans in CFX’s history—nearly $1.3 billion. He joins the firm from Dallas, Texas, where he served as program manager for the general engineering consultants to both the North Texas Tollway Authority and North East Texas Regional Mobility Authority.
“Keith is a valuable addition to our transportation team,” said Don Hammack, PE, Associate Vice President and Department Manager. “His expertise in transportation and tolling agencies will be a great contribution to our department.”
Jackson graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a professional engineer in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas, and is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. He is also an active participant in events for the Transportation and Expressway Authority Membership of Florida (TEAMFL) and the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA).
