Parsons Welcomes Touchstone as Capture Manager for Major Programs
PASADENA, CA — Parsons announces that Bradley C. Touchstone, AIA, joins the corporation as a Capture Manager for Major Programs as part of the Infrastructure business unit’s Civil/Structural Division. Touchstone will be heavily involved in major bridge program pursuits as well as managing and leading pursuit teams to develop, create, and execute winning strategies.

With more than 20 years of experience, Touchstone is an award-winning signature bridge architect with completed projects valued at more than $5 billion in the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Parsons, Touchstone served as the founder and president of Touchstone Architecture & Consulting, P.A., which provided design, bridge architecture, and procurement consultation for some of the largest projects in the United States, including the Kosciuszko Bridge in Brooklyn and Queens, New York; the Christopher S. Bond Bridge in Kansas City, Missouri; the Fore River Bridge in Quincy-Wymouth, Massachusetts; and the Hastings Bridge in Hastings, Minnesota.
Touchstone holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Mississippi State University, is a registered architect in eight states and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is based in Florida.
