CRAM Hosts Road Show at Annual Highway Conference
LANSING, MI The 2015 County Road Association of Michigan (CRAM)'s Annual Highway Conference moved to the Lansing Center in downtown Lansing, Michigan, this year allowing for the expansion of their annual trade show. The 2015 CRA Road Show, a main feature of the Conference, has expanded in recent years and featured heavy equipment for the first time this spring as well as a main stage area for vendor presentations.
The event saw 92 exhibitors from a variety of fields including financial and governmental service companies, engineers, architects, planners, asphalt material suppliers, snow and ice control systems, bridge, culvert and pipe suppliers, traffic control device suppliers, equipment and parts suppliers, and much more.
"We've really worked to make this event a great experience for our members and associate members," said Monica Ware, Communication and Development Manager for CRAM. "Michigan's county road agencies, municipalities and public works agencies are now invited to participate at no cost which will continue to drive up attendance at the show."
The CRA Road Show is the only indoor equipment show geared exclusively to Michigan's state and local road agencies. Attendees were able to stroll through the show and see first-hand the new products and emerging technologies available.
Ware said, "We will expand to the entire Lansing Center next year and expect many more county and municipal guests from around the state as word of the opportunity continues to spread."
