Nesselhauf Joins Kadean Construction as Project Manager

ST. LOUIS, MO Kevin Nesselhauf joins Fenton, Missouri, -based Kadean Construction Company, one of the region's oldest and most successful firms specializing in pre-construction, design-build, construction management, and general contracting.

Nesselhauf is joining the company as Project Manager. He is a 2008 and 2013 graduate of Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville, with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a Master's degree in Business. He currently serves as the SIUE Alumni Association President, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. 

Before joining Kadean, Nesselhauf worked the past eight years at the Phillips 66 Wood River (Illinois) Refinery, where he spent time as a Field Supervisor, Turnaround Manager, and as a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Supervisor.

Kadean's most recent work in the region includes renovations at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a 489-bed acute-care hospital located in west St. Louis County; expansion of the medical oncology unit at the Siteman Cancer Center, now underway in St. Peters, Missouri; Aviator Business Park in Hazelwood, Missouri; Lakeview Commerce Distribution Center in Edwardsville, Missouri; and, the KCI LogisticsCentre in Kansas City, Missouri. 

Kadean also has other projects underway across Missouri, Florida and Michigan.
