Barton Malow Celebrates 10 Consecutive Years on the List of Best and Brightest Companies to Work For
SOUTHFIELD, MI Among hundreds of companies competing for a place on the 2015 list of Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan's, 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, Barton Malow again made the list. This year marks the 10th consecutive year that the company has earned the honor, which is awarded annually by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA).
Barton Malow Company will join the other honorees at the Detroit Marriot at the Renaissance Center to receive the award.
An independent research firm evaluates each company's entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives, and Strategic Company Performance.
