Tradesmen International Opens Sales and Recruiting Office in Ann Arbor
ANN ARBOR, MI Tradesmen International, LLC, the leader in construction staffing and labor-cost containment, opened its 110th Sales and Recruiting Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This new location will allow Tradesmen to service area construction and industrial businesses with job-ready skilled craftsmen while providing trade professionals with career opportunities and job stability.
Area Manager, Jeff Boss, leads the Ann Arbor staffing office.
"This is an important move for us as, not only will this office focus on helping area contractors meet skilled labor requirements, the location will bridge the geographical service gap, providing full area coverage for our clients in five other established Tradesmen markets including Detroit, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Midland and Lansing," said Boss.
Travis Dunlap, General Manager, has been a part of the Tradesmen International team for seven years and is familiar with both sides of the business, having served as both a Sales Representative and as a Recruiter. Dunlap has a strong familiarity with this market having already partnered with area contractors on construction projects throughout southern Michigan. He will help Boss lead the Ann Arbor office.
Tradesmen International, an Ohio-based company, has been providing contingent skilled labor to construction and industrial partners for 22 years. Partners benefit from Tradesmen's recruiting expertise, having at their disposal pre-screened craftsmen in all trades, at all skill levels.
The severe shortage of verifiably skilled craftsmen across North America has otherwise made this a daunting task for construction an industrial business management. In addition, Tradesmen's business model centers on enabling partners to sustain a balance between workload and workers, which traditionally help businesses achieve exceptional profit margin gains.
The company's continuous relationships with multiple contractors in an area enables Tradesmen to provide their skilled employees improved job stability as when one project ends the employee is already being seamlessly assigned to the next project.
