PONTIAC, MI  Lee Industrial Contracting, Inc., a premier company in "Providing Turn-Key Solutions for Plant Projects," announces it has implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Lee Industrial Contracting has been a privately held company for more than 20 years. The ESOP continues Lee Industrial Contracting's commitment to local ownership and will help strengthen team environments internally.

"How do we best create value for our shareholders," said Chris Temple, Business Operations. "Invest in the success of others and value the contributions of every employee-owner in the organization. Our company's single greatest asset is its employees."

This transition will put employees on a path to control their destiny into the foreseeable future.

"I have been at Lee Industrial Contracting for 11 years and watched the company over triple in size and it always amazes me that we can keep growing with such talent," said Account Manager Mike Hahn. "I know that this has a lot to do with the training and teamwork and I just wanted to say that it is nice to be a part of the growth of this company for many years to come. I really don't think that there is another company out there like ours."

Lee Industrial Contracting's transition to employee ownership is the latest chapter in the remarkable story that began in 1989. It has since grown into a successful company of more than 300 employees, "Providing Turn-Key Solutions for Plant Projects."

"We've got the finest people and equipment in the industry," said Founder and President Ed Lee. "We will continue to provide outstanding customer service the community has come to know and expect."
