The Board of Directors Announce the Promotions of Gray and Schumaker

NOVI, MI An invitation to the level of Principal is the highest management and leadership honor available at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. It is attained through adherence to the firm's core values and demonstrated ability and leadership over many years of service with the firm. The position of Principal requires the purchase of a significant amount of company stock and a commitment to the firm's vision, along with the inherent responsibility of guiding the growth and development of the firm in future years.
Jeffery A. Schumaker, P.E., Senior Vice President | Principal, joined FTCH's Structural Engineering Department in November of 1996. Schumaker earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan. He currently serves on FTCH's Management Committee and has been instrumental in developing and growing FTCH's steam distribution market. He has worked on numerous steam tunnel design and renovation projects serving as Project Manager and Lead Design Engineer.
Thomas L. Gray II, P.E., Senior Vice President | Principal, joined FTCH's Civil/Infrastructure Division in November of 2004, bringing 17 years of design, project management, contract administration, and construction experience. Gray earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan. Gray has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of FTCH civil field services. He has extensive experience overseeing MDOT and local agency construction projects to ensure work is constructed in compliance with agency standards.
