Granger Begins Construction on Medical Office Building in Grand Haven

GRAND HAVEN, MI Granger Construction is beginning construction on the new Health Pointe development in Grand Haven, Michigan. This project, a joint venture between Grand Rapids, Michigan, -based Spectrum Health and Holland Hospital, will consist of a three-story, 120,000-square-foot medical building to include office space and a surgical center for outpatient procedures.
The medical office portion of the facility will provide 14 urgent care exam rooms, a radiology suite, an orthopedic suite and primary care spaces. The surgical center will offer a four-room operating room suite, a two-room endoscopy suite and PACU/prep and recovery units.
Site work and underground utility work has started. We expect foundations to get underway within the month, with structural steel to follow.
Health Pointe is the latest healthcare project in Granger's portfolio of work in this market segment, having also completed projects for Sparrow Health System, Hurley Medical Center, and St. Mary Mercy Hospital among others in recent years.
Since September, Granger Construction has been hard at work on the new Health Pointe development in Grand Haven, Michigan.
