Barton Malow Company Taps Paul Moffat to Become Director of Preconstruction

SOUTHFIELD, MI Barton Malow Company, a North American provider of construction services, recently tapped Paul Moffat to lead the organization's Preconstruction group in Nashville, Tennessee. With 25 years of experience within a number of roles in the construction industry, Moffat features the unique level of leadership required for the role, believes Barton Malow. "Paul is a leader with the experience to back it up. We're truly excited to have him be part of our phenomenal team," said Jeff Baxa, Vice President of Preconstruction.
Moffat was drawn to Barton Malow due to the company's practice, culture and team members. The company often takes on projects within the education and healthcare industries, the latter of which is what Moffat specialized in within previous roles. Moreover, Moffat believes the challenge that comes with being a leader was vital in his decision to join the company: "Challenge is important. Builders have to truly focus on the nuances of working on institutional projects."
