FTCH Hires Marsh as a Senior Environmental Engineer

NOVI, MI Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. (FTCH) announces Liz Marsh, PE, CHMM, has joined our Environmental Division.
Marsh, a Senior Environmental Engineer, specializes in auditing, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and emergency response activities with her focus being waste management including Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) waste. She has affectionately been called the "Waste Queen" throughout her career.Â
Marsh is eager to be a team member of FTCH's Environmental Management Department. She has more than 22 years of environmental experience as a consultant specializing in regulatory compliance and due diligence for sectors such as automotive, food, consumer goods, utilities, rail, and oil and gas. Her experience with environmental compliance includes hands-on experience at two automotive manufacturing plants managing the solid and hazardous waste in addition to the recycling. She is an experienced multimedia environmental compliance auditor, leading or participating in over 100 environmental compliance audits across the world. She has helped clients develop and maintain environmental compliance programs and management systems. Marsh also has experience with site investigation, remediation, plant decommissioning, closure, and demolition activities.
Marsh has an undergraduate degree in civil/environmental engineering from the University of Michigan and a graduate certificate in hazardous waste control from Wayne State University. She has served as Director and Secretary for the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP) and also served as President of the AHMP Michigan Chapter.
