S.M. Wilson adds Pyle, Koxlien and Van Kirk to Military Construction Division
ST. LOUIS, MO Larry Pyle and Steve Koxlien have joined S.M. Wilson as Quality Control Managers, and Carolyn Van Kirk has joined as Job Accountant/Project Assistant; all three in the company's Federal and Military Construction Division.
Pyle will be responsible for managing daily quality-control documentation and reporting, and will facilitate the three-phase inspections required by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the Noncommissioned Officers Academy (NCOA) Dining Facility at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. He will also coordinate activities with project subcontractors and testing laboratory facilities to ensure that all contractor quality-control measures and specifications are strictly maintained and adhere to construction documents. Pyle has 36 years of construction industry experience and is a United States Air Force Veteran.
Koxlien will be responsible for the overall management of construction quality control on the projects and will also coordinate and schedule preparatory meetings and inspections as needed with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has 31 years of construction industry experience and received an associates in construction management from Park University.
Van Kirk will work closely with a project team to support all construction administrative duties on the NCOA Dining Facility. She has 12 years of federal work experience including 2 years of military construction.
