Spellman Brady Completes Expansion of Omaha Assisted Living Facility
ST. LOUIS, MO Spellman Brady & Company completes the interior design of the expansion of Pacific Spring Village retirement community in Omaha, Nebraska. The project consisted of 28,000 square feet of new construction that included 24 assisted living units, a coffee shop, and dining, library, and activities rooms.
Spellman Brady & Company's scope of work for the project included interior finish selections and documentation, as well as the planning, specification, and installation of the furniture, furnishings, and artwork for the expansion. The design intent was a transitional design style with a more modern color palette. Rich purple and blue tones balance the fresh white trim and casework throughout the project.
In addition to Spellman Brady & Company, the project team also included architects RDG Planning and Design and The Weitz Company, the general contractor.
