SITE Improvement Association Board of Directors Elects Executive Board
ST. LOUIS, MO The SITE Improvement Association Board of Directors elects Mike Kappel, General Manager of Byrne & Jones Construction, as President for 2016. He succeeds Jim Fitzgerald, Vice President of N. B. West Contracting Company. Terry Daub, Vice President of Daub Excavating, LLC, has been elected Vice President and Jennifer Bouquet, President of J&J Boring, has been elected Secretary/Treasurer.
In addition to elections of Kappel, Daub, and Bouquet, three new members have been elected to join SITE's Board of Directors. The three new members include Kevin Keenoy of G. S. Grinding Services, LLC, Chris West of N. B. West Contracting Company, and Craig Bussen of Bussen Quarries. Re-elected to another term on the Board of Directors are Joe Hoette, Hoette Concrete Construction, Mark Roden, Roden's Landscaping, and Joe Leritz, Leritz Contracting.
SITE will celebrate 50 years of continuous operation as an independent construction contractor organization in 2016. It represents the interests of its 165 members in negotiations with labor unions, promotes political and legislative agendas and provides safety and technical training. SITE's members are primarily contractors in the concrete, earthmoving, landscaping, asphalt paving, highway/bridge, sewer/utility and specialty construction segments.
