BHC RHODES' Continued Growth Triggers Expansion

KANSAS CITY, KS BHC RHODES is expanding their corporate office and relocating their surveying operations in Kansas City, Kansas. Fifteen months ago, BHC RHODES moved and expanded their Overland Park, Kansas, office to 7101 Tower at College and Metcalf, where they built-out 20,525 square feet across two floors in the building. This year's expansion doubles square-footage on one of the floors, pushing the total to more than 24,000 square feet. Their growth is largely from the expansion of their GIS teams in their Utilities Services segment.
BHC RHODES' surveying operations located in downtown Kansas City, Kansas, will move early next year to the former Apple Market Building at 712 State Ave. where they will be leasing 13,500 square feet and taking advantage of interior square feet to park their surveying fleet, something their existing building doesn't have.
"BHC RHODES is committed to supporting downtown Kansas City, KS and made staying there a priority," said Bob Fagan. BHC RHODES is currently located in the former Kansan Newspaper building where they opened the office in 2007 - prior to that they were located at other various downtown locations for decades. The company is actively involved in the revitalization of downtown and supports the growth and development of the area as a member of the Downtown Shareholders group.
