HNTB Hires Positive Train Control Expert
LOS ANGELES, CA Aaron Marx joins HNTB Corporation as Project Manager, Positive Train Control systems. He is a technical resource for the firm and works with public-sector and private-sector clients across the United States.

Marx has 15 years of experience providing design, PTC and signaling solutions for the private and public sectors. He has worked on high-profile projects nationally and brings a background in managing qualification and system integration testing; directing defect diagnosis, resolution and closeout; overseeing overall system performance; and grade crossing design.
Prior to joining HNTB, Marx served another consulting firm as deputy project manager for Caltrain PTC CBOSS. He has worked with many rail transit agencies and freight railroads including: Eagle P3/RTD in Denver, Genesee & Wyoming short-line railroad, BNSF Railway Company and Union Pacific Railroad.
He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in industrial design from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.
