CHICAGO, IL J.C. Anderson, Inc. announces the firm has completed an office and showroom renovation for OFS Brands, Inc. at 222 W. Merchandise Mart Plaza (Merchandise Mart) in Chicago, Illinois.

Founded in 1937, OFS Brands is a family-owned furniture manufacturer and logistics company. The company selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete a build-out for its Chicago offices and showroom on the 11th floor of the Merchandise Mart in preparation for the 2016 NeoCon event being held in June. Held annually in Chicago, NeoCon is the largest trade show for interior design professionals in North America. 

The build-out at the Merchandise Mart included renovations to OFS Brands' office space.  J.C. Anderson, Inc. also renovated the showroom by reconfiguring the space to open toward the main hallway. Construction included adding new glass fronts, doors, a graphic wall covering as well as new paint and flooring throughout. 

The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. was led by Chief Operating Officer Steve Boulukos, Project Executive John Angelovich and Superintendent Steve Perry. Whitney Architects provided the architectural services.
