The Missner Group Selected for Remodel and Expansion for Northbrook Toyota

DES PLAINES, IL The Missner Group announces the firm has been selected to complete a 30,000-square-foot, two phased renovation and expansion for Northbrook Toyota located at 1530 Frontage Road in Northbrook, Illinois.

Currently underway, Phase I includes an 11,000-square-foot remodel of Northbrook Toyota's service area. The Missner Group will gut and remodel the entire building to include new electric, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Scheduled for completion in late summer 2016, the renovated space will feature a new car delivery area, oil change area, expanded service lanes, remodeled service bays, as well as state-of-the-art LED lighting throughout.

Phase II of the project, which will begin in fall 2016, will include the construction of a new building, the renovation of the existing showroom, extensive landscaping, redesigned parking lots, and the addition of functional and aesthetic infrastructure improvements.

Bob Nomellini, Chief Operating Officer for The Missner Group, will lead the project team which includes Marc Duchon as Project Manager, and as Superintendent. Eckenhoff Saunders Architects is providing the architectural services.
