BURLINGTON, MA Erland Construction has promoted Richard Jensen, Vice President, to Operations Manager for Erland Construction's Burlington, Massachusetts, office. Jensen will have day-to-day responsibility for operations, implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, and ensure maximum results. He will collaborate closely with the Residential and Commercial Group Managers, as well as Department Heads from estimating, purchasing, coordination, and field operations.

A resident of East Walpole, Massachusetts, Jensen joined Erland in 1981 to work in the field. Through hands-on experience, he gained a thorough knowledge of how buildings are contructed and worked his way up through increasingly responsible positions to become Manager of the Academic/Commercial/Technology Group. This promotion to Operations Manager recognizes his leadership skills and understanding of the company's operations.

Erland Construction, with offices in East Windsor, Connecticut; Stamford, Connecticut; and Burlington, is the region's leading open shop construction management and general contracting firm. The company has the specialized expertise for new construction, additions and renovations in major market sectors including multi-unit residential, office, academic, commercial, and healthcare.
