BOSTON, MA  Shawmut Design and Construction announces the promotion of Tim Hurdelbrink to Director of Construction Operations for institutional clients in the New England region. In his new role, Hurdelbrink will work toward solidifying Shawmut's leadership in the marketplace as a top construction management firm.

Hurdelbrink, previously a Senior Executive, will bring extensive experience to this new role to improving project delivery and client satisfaction across all New England institutional market sectors and offices. In this position, he will specifically drive process improvement, lean construction, and collaborative approaches.

His portfolio over the years includes Tufts Dental School Vertical Expansion, Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building, and Massachusetts Maritime Academy, with current notable work at Harvard University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, University of New Hampshire, and Sacred Heart University.
