JM Coull Hires New Project Superintendent

MAYNARD, MA  JM Coull, Inc., a 30-year-old Massachusetts construction management firm, announces the recent addition of John Bianchi as Project Superintendent. A resident of Needham, Massachusetts, Bianchi has more than 30 years of industry experience supervising a range of projects in the healthcare, residential, and commercial markets. He has additional expertise in roads and bridges, infrastructure projects, and site and utility development. Bianchi is also a licensed Electrician.
Bianchi is completing JM Coull's second project at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital - renovations to the facility's patient Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The space includes nine open PACU bays, one isolation PACU, support areas, restrooms, and a nurses' station.
"John has been a great addition to our bench of superintendents," said Project Manager Jami Anderson. "He brings a lot of experience to JM Coull, from his diverse background in construction management, electrical work, and site/civil construction, to the variety of project types he's worked on. Perhaps even more important is his work ethic - he's demonstrated a great attitude and a true commitment to JMC's clients and end-users."
