Columbia Construction Company Promotes Four Employees

NORTH READING, MA  Columbia Construction Company announces the promotion of Kevin Neville to Project Manager, Peter Mancini, LEED AP, to Project Manager, Erik Julio to Project Superintendent, and Jessica Chasse to Assistant Estimator. Columbia is a third-generation construction management firm celebrating its 90th year in the industry.

Kevin Neville has 10 years of experience in the construction industry providing estimating and construction coordination expertise on large and small-scale projects. He has an established reputation for providing superior coordination and project documentation control to help keep multi-million dollar projects on budget. As an important part of the Columbia team, Neville has worked on the new field headquarters for the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife, as well as the new 165,000-square-foot, state-of-the art headquarters and distribution facility for Subaru of New England in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Peter Mancini has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. In his new role as a Project Manager, he works closely with the project team and clients. Throughout his career, Mancini has worked as a Project Engineer and as an Assistant Project Manager. He has experience reviewing and processing change orders, submittals, and RFIs, as well as assisting with the maintenance of project schedules. He has recently completed several significant hospitality, retail and hospital projects for various clients, including the Hermès of Paris temporary store located at 50 Park Plaza in Boston.

Erik Julio has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry and he has worked on a number of large-scale construction projects, as well as several fast-track fit-out projects in occupied facilities for Columbia. Julio was a part of the team that completed the Waltham Watch Factory restoration and redevelopment project, which included the adaptive reuse of this 400,000-square-foot building and significant site and environmental remediation.

Jessica Chasse served as Columbia Construction Company's Estimating Administrative Assistant for four years prior to her promotion to Assistant Estimator. Known for her organizational and interpersonal skills, in her new role, Chasse is responsible for assisting with bid proposal generation and review, site supervision, and cost estimating.
