FARMINGTON, CT Two long-time KBE Building Corp. team members have earned much-deserved recognition with their recent promotions to Senior Project Manager.

Formerly Project Managers with the $300 million construction management firm, Ross Mezzanotte and Bob Nelson have been instrumental in boosting KBE's reputation for on-time, on-budget project delivery for the past two decades.

Ross Mezzanotte | Senior Project Manager, KBE Building Corporation

Mezzanotte has a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology and construction management from Central Connecticut. He joined KBE in 1995 and has served in several roles including Project Administrator, Project Estimator, and Project Manager. He's managed key senior living and retail projects including the Whitney Center, Jewish Senior Services, and Stamford Town Center.

Bob Nelson | Senior Project Manager, KBE Building Corporation

Nelson attended New England College of Business 2007-2008. He joined KBE in 1996 and has served as a Project Superintendent before becoming a Project Manager. Nelson managed key retail projects including various LA Fitness facilities, Sierra Suites, Guilford Commons, and Seabrook Commons.

"Ross and Bob have each consistently demonstrated their ability to manage large and complex projects for our clients," said KBE owner and CEO Mike Kolakowski, who acquired the firm in 2007 with long-time Senior Executives Eric Brown and Simon Etzel. "Their leadership skills and dedication to KBE is greatly appreciated."
