Conley to Lead Traffic Engineering Projects in New England for WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

BOSTON, MA Jennifer Conley will lead traffic engineering projects in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont as a new Lead Supervising Engineer in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

Conley has over 20 years of transportation engineering experience. She has managed transportation master plans for municipalities and institutions, conducted corridor studies, designed traffic signalization, and prepared environmental impact statement submittals for commercial, retail and residential real estate developments. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, she was Founder and President of Conley Associates, Inc., providing transportation planning and engineering services to public and private clients throughout New England.

A licensed professional engineer in Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire and a professional traffic operations engineer, Conley received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the Women's Transportation Seminar.
