JM Coull Completes Sixth Project at Boston University
MAYNARD, MA JM Coull completed renovations at the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) classrooms at Boston University, marking the firm's sixth project for the University. CAS is Boston University's largest and most central teaching and research enterprise, providing instruction in the liberal arts for BU students. CAS' main classrooms and administrative building is located on the central plaza of BU's Charles River Campus.
Work involved renovation of basement classrooms consolidating the rooms into two new lecture halls totaling 2,900 square feet. Each room was designed as a tiered lecture setting with brand new audio/visual systems, energy efficient lighting, new white boards strategically placed around the room, and ample seating for a spacious functional design. All areas were carefully designed to enhance speaker/student interaction with clear visibility that accommodates student and faculty needs.
"The CAS classroom renovation was an exciting project that will be great for BU students and faculty. We're really pleased to be involved and continuing our relationship with the BU community," said JM Coull COO Joshua Brandt.
