BOSTON, MA Nova Residences, a six-story, 68,000-square-foot building, offers 80 residential units featuring spacious studios, lofts, and a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments that represent the highest standard of living and conveniences that modern lifestyles demand. The building is 100 percent leased.

Owned by LBC Boston, designed by SN Consulting and built by D.F. Pray General Contractors, Nova Residences is the embodiment of luxury with energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, modern cabinetry, and in unit laundry in all units, with many units also featuring spectacular views of the Boston, Massachusetts, skyline. Designed to achieve LEED certification, building features include a fitness center, community/game room, dog grooming station, and on-site management office with package receiving service.
