BOSTON, MA DREAM Collaborative welcomes Jonathan Garland, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP, NOMA, to its leadership team. As Associate Principal and Director of Design, Garland will be responsible for translating project program, scope, and design vision into exceptional, compelling design concepts and providing design leadership to ensure design intent, milestones, and deliverables are met. He will also contribute to business development, recruitment, and strategic planning for the firm.
"We are very pleased to welcome Jonathan to our firm," said Gregory Minott, AIA, LEED AP, Managing Principal of DREAM Collaborative. "We created this position to increase the firm's leadership capacity and ensure that DREAM continues to provide the highest level of design and value to our clients. I'm confident that Jonathan's design expertise as well as his ability to forge meaningful partnerships will enhance our clients' experience. Jonathan is an accomplished and versatile designer with extensive experience ranging from large scale mixed-use developments and nationally recognized projects including the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., to smaller scale multifamily, K-12, commercial and worship facilities throughout the greater Boston, Massachusetts, area.

"I am excited about my dual role here. My goal is to ensure our design work is inquiry-based, considerate of historical context and invigorated by innovative thinking. I will also be working hard to expand the firm's capacity and create a more vibrant firm culture through my roles in recruitment, onboarding and training."
