PacWest Machinery Names Logue as President; Acquires Assets of Clyde/West, Inc.; Appointed as a Volvo Construction Equipment Dealer

SEATTLE, WA  PacWest Machinery of Seattle, Washington, announces that Jolene Logue will be joining the company as President.

"We are very pleased that Jolene will become an integral part of the PacWest leadership team," said Andrew Wold, CEO of PacWest Machinery. "Her years of management experience in equipment distribution, market development and service delivery will greatly benefit our employees, customers and suppliers."

Logue has enjoyed a successful career in the construction equipment business with Ingersoll-Rand and Volvo Construction Equipment. Her key assignments have included Branch Manager, Regional Director, and Regional Vice President, including the supervision of 200 plus employees across 12 branches in the western United States, Canada, and Mexico.  

"It's an exciting time to join PacWest Machinery," Logue said. "We are in a region poised for growth and this company has the team and necessary financial resources to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction."

A native of Hayward, California, Logue holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University, earned an Master of Business Administration from New York University and has been a long-time supporter of Seattle Children's Hospital serving on the Guild Association Board of Trustees and a number of related committees.

Acquires Assets of Clyde/West

PacWest Machinery previously announced in December 2015 that it acquired the operating assets of Clyde/West, Inc. of Portland, Oregon.

"Clyde/West has supplied equipment to a growing construction industry in the Northwest for over 100 years, and the PacWest team will continue to provide customers with the finest products and services in the business," Wold said.

Seattle-based Joshua Green Corporation, a private company with interests in real estate, consumer goods, food manufacturing, distribution, and public equities, owns PacWest Machinery.

Appointed as a Volvo Construction Equipment Dealer"¨

PacWest Machinery has been named as the Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) dealer in Washington, Oregon and Northern Idaho. Volvo CE is a leading manufacturer of heavy equipment in the construction, forestry, road and related infrastructure industries. Under the new dealer agreement, PacWest Machinery has responsibility for the sales, rental and aftermarket support for the full line of Volvo's general production equipment, road machinery and compact equipment.  PacWest Machinery will provide equipment and services to customers initially from four facilities located in Kent and Spokane, Washington and in Portland and Eugene, Oregon.
