Rich to Head Electrical Department in Seattle for WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

SEATTLE, WA Nicholas Rich has been named a Vice President in the Seattle, Washington, buildings sector office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.

Rich will head the office's electrical department, managing projects in Seattle and throughout the northwest. Some of the firm's recent clients in the region include Amazon, The Boeing Company, and the University of Washington.

Rich has more than 27 years of electrical engineering experience, serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer, Project Manager, and Principal-in-Charge for wide variety of project types, including cultural and civic, commercial/office, K-12 and higher education, hospitality, and science, and technology. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a Principal with an engineering firm, directing multi-disciplined teams and leading electrical engineering and design for major buildings projects.

"Nick's depth of experience and long-standing client relationships make him ideally suited to lead our electrical group. We are very pleased that he has joined our team," said Tom Marseille, Director of WSP | Parsons Brinkerhoff's Building practice in Seattle.

Rich received a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Gonzaga University. His professional affiliations include A4LE, SCUP, and USGBC LEED AP. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.
