Erickson Joins WHPacific as Seattle Office's Director of Transportation
SEATTLE, WA WHPacific announces Torger Erickson, P.E., joins WHPacific's Seattle, Washington, office as Director of Transportation. Erickson comes to the company with 28 years of transportation, civil, and structural engineering experience. He has worked as a Project Manager for the planning, design, construction, and management of a multitude of transportation projects and other civil infrastructure facilities throughout the U.S.
His projects have ranged from several design-build projects in Denver, Colorado, to a transportation improvement program management in Guam.
"Torger's experience managing large regional Design/Build projects will add a whole new dimension and depth to the services we provide our valued Transportation and Construction Management/Inspection clients," said Tom Jones, WHPacific's Vice President of the Northwest Region. "I'm very excited to have him onboard!"
Erickson is a licensed Professional Engineer in six states and has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut. He has worked in the Seattle area for 10 years and has completed several projects in the region including leading the design team construction on I-5 Everett, SR 526 to U.S. 2, and co-managing the design team for Sound Transit's Lynwood link extension from Seattle to Lynnwood, Washington.
