Liu Joins WHPacific as a Project Manager in Seattle

SEATTLE, WA WHPacific announces Jerry Liu, P.E., joins WHPacific's Seattle, Washington, office as a Project Manager. Liu comes to WHPacific with more than 22 years of experience in roadway design and traffic engineering. His projects have ranged from aviation sites to road work.  

"Jerry is a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and P.E.," said Torger Erickson, Seattle's Director of Transportation. "He also has solid expertise doing transportation traffic forecasting and modelling, managing projects, and developing complex staging and maintenance of traffic plans."

Liu is a licensed Civil Engineer in Washington and California and he has a Master of Science in civil engineering from Florida State University. He has worked on several projects in the Seattle area including I-405 corridor programs in Bellevue, Washington, and Elliot Bay Seawall Project in Seattle.
