Lewis Turns Over First Tower at Troy Block, Tops Out Second Tower
SEATTLE, WA Lease Crutcher Lewis achieves substantial completion on the first tower and parking garage and topped out the second tower at the Troy Block office complex in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.
Developed by Touchstone Corporation with financial partner USAA Real Estate Company, the complex is 12 stories for the south tower and 13 stories for the north tower. The buildings total 821,000 square feet of offices plus parking for approximately 1,100 cars. The design by Perkins+Will integrates preserved historic facades on two corners.
Lewis is building out the interior office finish for a single tenant. A portion of the parking is now open.
Lewis crews performed the concrete forming, placing, and finishing. Key subcontractors for the structure have included Ceco (horizontal formwork), Farwest Steel (reinforcing), and the Erection Company (miscellaneous/structural steel). The structural engineer is Magnusson Klemencic Associates.
