PORTLAND, OR The first building, known as Building #108, in Redmond Ridge's new business park has recently been tilted by Sierra Construction. Due for completion in early 2017, the 44,782-square-foot concrete tilt-up structure is owned by Portland, Oregon, -based developer PacTrust.

Situated on a total of 108 acres, the Redmond Ridge Corporate Center is a part of the mixed-use master-planned Redmond Ridge Community. Sierra has completed multiple projects in the development, including retail buildings in the Village at Redmond Ridge and other Class A office buildings in the Corporate Center.

The second project, known as LogistiCenter at I-5 and owned by Dermody Properties, is located in Lakewood. Located just west of I-5 with immediate freeway access to major transportation corriders, this project sits at a prime location with close proximity to the Port of Tacoma and Port of Seattle. The completed building will stand at 210,700 square feet with a 30-foot clear height, and the site's 13.23 acres will provide 130 feet of truck maneuvering and more than 140 car stalls.
