DENVER, CO Ware Malcomb announces that its Denver, Colorado, office has relocated to a downtown Denver location to accommodate the firm's growing client and employee base.
Ware Malcomb's original Denver office opened in 2001 specializing in architectural, interior architectural design, and civil engineering services for commercial real estate and corporate clients, and has since completed hundreds of projects. The firm also announced one of those projects, the Enterprise Business Center Phase 1 built for United Properties, was recently named Industrial Project of the Year by the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association's Colorado Chapter.
"As we approach 15 years in the Denver market, all of us at Ware Malcomb are excited for the future of our business in our new, larger downtown location," said Matt Chaiken, Regional Director of Ware Malcomb's Denver office. "We look forward to continuing to produce award-winning designs while meeting the needs of our clients throughout the Denver metro area."
The award-winning Enterprise Business Center project is located on the southwest corner of Interstate 70 and Havana Street in Denver. Ware Malcomb provided full architectural services, including interior design for multiple tenants. The Enterprise Business Center project consists of three cross-dock distribution facilities and two front park rear-load facilities totaling 1.17 million square feet. The building's state-of-the-art design includes concrete tilt wall panels, 32 feet interior clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, T-5 lighting, a white "cool" roof and truck parking.
