Ward Joins Ware Malcomb as Senior Project Manager of Interiors
PHOENIX, AZ Ware Malcomb announces that Niki Ward joins the firm as Senior Project Manager, Interiors. In this role, Ward will lead business development and growth of the firm's interior architecture and design team in Phoenix, Arizona. Ware Malcomb's interior design group was recently recognized as one of the nation's 2015 Top 100 Giants in Interior Design magazine. Additionally, Ware Malcomb's Phoenix office was awarded a 2014 Best of NAIOP Arizona award for the Vemma office tenant improvement project.

Ward brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate interior architecture and the construction industry to the Ware Malcomb team. Most recently she was Director of Business Development at RJM Construction in Scottsdale, Arizona, and earlier served as a Marketing Coordinator at Colliers International in Phoenix. For more than a decade, Ward worked in Associate Partner, Project Manager and Senior Planner roles at McCarthy Nordburg where she specialized in tenant improvement design projects.
Ward holds a Bachelor of Applied Science of Interior Design degree from the Harrington Institute of Interior Design in Chicago, Illinois, and is also licensed by the Arizona Department of Real Estate Sales. She is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women, and the Arizona Association of Economic Development.
