DENVER, CO  Adolfson & Peterson Construction (A&P) begins construction on the INOVA Dry Creek project, a new multi-tenant office building near the busy Denver Technological Center and Centennial Airport. The building will be Southeast Denver, Colorado's, newest innovative suburban class-A office building.

This project consists of building a new 211,657-square-foot, 5-story office building by East Dry Creek Road and I-25. This building is the first to be developed on a 58-acre campus that will eventually include mixed-use office, industrial, hotel, and residential facilities in a highly desirable location. This project also includes site work to fit into the future plans of the campus and will be pursuing LEED Silver certification.

INOVA, short for innovate, reflects the competitive advantage in providing a high-value, cost-effective, smart, sustainable and efficient new office campus. Featuring a cost-effective design by Powers Brown Architecture, the building will have efficient floor plates and expansive windows.

The project introduces an enhanced, tilt-up office architecture to Denver. One of the fastest-growing building technologies in the United States, tilt-up construction economics includes reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment. The project is set to be complete in fall of 2016.

"It is wonderful to be an integral part of a growing area of our community," said Tom Horsting, A&P Senior Vice President. "The INOVA project will be an office of the future with its innovative design and sustainable features.

A&P is finishing construction on a similar office building across the street, the CoBank Office Center. This 296,000-square-foot, Class-A, build-to-suit office complex is also pursuing LEED Silver certification and will be finishing in November 2015.
