Harris to Lead Client Relations for WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff's Colorado/Wyoming Operations

DENVER, CO  Tim Harris is named Client Relations Manager in the Denver, Colorado, office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization.

In his new position, Harris will lead efforts to expand business opportunities with new and existing clients throughout Colorado and Wyoming.

Harris retired from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) following a 33-year career. He most recently served as Chief Engineer, responsible for leading the agency's engineering and maintenance divisions. He also served as CDOT's Region Director for the Pikes Peak, Colorado, region and Southeast Colorado. He previously managed CDOT's contracting office, responsible for all construction, design, maintenance and funding contracts.

Harris received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech University.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado.
