GREELEY, CO  Jeffrey K. Wenaas, President and CEO, announces that the Board of Directors of Hensel Phelps Construction Co. (Hensel Phelps) has made the following Key Personnel promotion: Laird B. Heikens, LEED AP, to President of Hensel Phelps Development.

Laird B. Heikens, LEED AP, President of Hensel Phelps Development, a graduate of Colorado State University, began his career with Hensel Phelps in 1989 and rose through the ranks to become the Director of Development before being appointed President of Hensel Phelps Development. Heikens will have responsibility for the management and coordination of the Development Group. He will be based at the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.
