DENVER, CO  PCL Construction Services, Inc. has begun work on the Aspen Club Living project, located along the banks of the Roaring Fork River at the base of Aspen Mountain in Aspen, Colorado. This project includes a full-scale renovation of the Club and Spa, 20 fractional-ownership residences, and 12 affordable housing units that will create a destination resort setting for future residents and guests.

The existing Club and Spa will undergo an extensive phased replacement of the entire structure and provide upgraded facilities for the new spa and wellness center, physical therapy, sports medicine, sports performance, yoga studios, a pro shop, and an exercise area with locker rooms. Construction of six luxury, four-bedroom Club residences, an outdoor swimming pool, and a rooftop patio will also enhance the Club and Spa.

As part of the campus redevelopment, three townhome buildings will be added. Potential residents may choose between two townhome floor plans: four-bedroom, 2,800-square-foot units and three-bedroom, 2,300-square-foot units. Twelve affordable housing units will also be built for employees of the Aspen Club.

Construction is underway, with completion scheduled for November 2017.
