DENVER, CO Blackeagle Energy Services announces that Brady Burleson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Kyle Lenamond has been hired as Director of Pipeline.

"Brady and Kyle are respected professionals in our industry and I expect them both to have a big impact on our company's future," said Blackeagle's Chief Executive Officer Rick Barrett.

A certified public accountant, Brady Burleson brings more than 20 years of financial, accounting and construction experience to the position.  He has worked in senior positions for Lafarge and Tierdael Construction and most-recently served as the CFO for Trautman & Shreve.

"The performance and vision of Blackeagle's management team impresses me, it's a progressive group," said Burleson. "I also appreciate the company's strong balance sheet and am excited to bring my experience and skills to help grow the business."

Kyle Lenamond brings 30 years of experience to his role as Director of Pipeline. He began his career working in natural gas transmission for a utility company and for the past two decades has been responsible for managing cross-country pipeline projects throughout the country.

"I know what it takes to deliver safe and efficient projects," said Lenamond. "I plan to use the skills I have developed building pipelines for Kinder Morgan, ExxonMobil, Shell, Spectra, MarkWest and others, to increase Blackeagle's existing capabilities."

Lenamond's experience includes major pipeline projects in Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, all areas in which Blackeagle has been expanding operations.

"As we continue the transition from our historic position as a leader in the Rocky Mountain energy market to a national provider of infrastructure for both oil and gas development and natural gas utilities, Brady and Kyle are well suited to help advance our expansion plans." Barrett said.
