DENVER, CO Mike Harris joins Secretariat International as a Director in Denver, Colorado. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has many years of experience on large infrastructure and government contracting projects. He is a seasoned testifying expert with a focus on Delay & Disruption Analysis.
Harris is a licensed civil engineer and attorney with more than thirty years of construction experience, including over twenty years specializing in construction delay, acceleration, disruption, loss of efï¬ciency, and termination disputes. Harris' prior construction management experience includes service as an inspector, scheduler, construction engineer, project manager, and scheduling/estimating department manager. He has prepared detailed and master schedules, reviewed technical submittals, performed constructability reviews, developed cost studies, and managed construction of large projects.
Since 1994, Harris has focused on forensic analysis of schedule impacts to construction projects caused by various issues, including production inefï¬ciencies, weather, design issues, change orders, manpower, differing site conditions, management, and material shortages. He is skilled in construction claims analysis and litigation support. He has assisted clients in numerous mediations and has testiï¬ed as an expert in arbitrations and litigation.
