Dewberry Welcomes Electrical Engineering Expertise of Clark

FAIRFAX, VA Dewberry announces that Michael Clark, PE, PMP, CDT, has been hired to manage the electrical instrumentation and controls (EI&C) department in the firm's Denver, Colorado, office.Â
Clark will be responsible for quality control, project management, and EI&C detailed design, including programming and commissioning services. He has more than 30 years of experience in designing, programming, and commissioning electrical control systems, as well as automated monitoring and control system solutions. He has expert knowledge in EI&C in regards to master planning, condition assessments, standards development, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) programming, system upgrades, and arc flash assessments and mitigation.
Prior to joining Dewberry, Clark managed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing group at AECOM in its Denver office and supported various projects, including providing the instrumentation and controls design for the Tesla Giga Factory's process control system in Sparks, Nevada. He is currently providing technical electrical services for a new pump station in Arvada, Colorado, and providing quality control services for the Durango Wastewater Treatment Plant in Durango, Colorado.
Clark earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Western Kentucky University. He is a professional engineer in Colorado, a project management professional, and a construction documents technologist.Â
