J.C. Anderson, Inc. Completes Office Renovation and Bank Branch Addition for Andigo

CHICAGO, IL J.C. Anderson, Inc. announces that the firm has completed a 28,000-square-foot office renovation and bank branch addition for Andigo at 1501 E. Woodfield Drive in Schaumburg, Illinois. 

Formerly known as Motorola Employees Credit Union (MECU), Andigo is the eighth-largest credit union in Illinois. The firm is relocating its office location to 1501 E. Woodfield Drive in Schaumburg from 1205 E. Algonquin Road, also in Schaumburg, where the firm previously leased 25,000 square feet.

J.C. Anderson, Inc. completed the 27,000-square-foot build-out of the new space, which included the addition of offices, open conferencing, a pantry, support space as well as open workspaces with sit down/stand up desks and treadmill desks. J.C. Anderson, Inc. also added a 1,000-square-foot retail banking center on the first floor. The new space for Andigo features a large exposed ceiling in the break room, a collaboration center as well as high-end finishes throughout.

 

The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. was led by Project Executive Seth Erlich, Assistant Project Manager Andrew Mott, Estimator Greg Garland and Superintendent Marty Powers. Shive-Hattery provided the architectural services and JLL was the project manager for ownership.
